Highway Detailed Design

We prepare detailed highway construction drawings for off site S278 and on site S38 highway works including:

•  Preparing designs for off site highway works usually as part of a S278 Agreement or highway licence
•  Preparing designs for on site highway works usually as part of a S38 Agreement
•  Organising services diversions as part of highway works
•  Preparing tenders and Minor Works Contracts
•  Advising client and liaising with client solicitors on S278 and S38 Agreements and highway licences
•  Management of S278 and S38 Agreement process
•  Organising and responding to Road Safety Audits
•  Liaising with contractors during construction
